My name is Calvin. The quintessential “jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none.” But did you know there’s more to the saying?
This so-called jack of all trades was in fact William Shakespeare. The full phrase is “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.” It was a compliment.
I wear the title proudly. So what is it exactly I do? Since 2020 I have been renovating my own rental properties. I have fully-gutted multiple houses inside-and-out. Taking 100 year old homes, and updating them to the new era. Along the way, I’ve developed a ton of skills, and acquired a mountain of tools.
And now I’m offering them to the world.
